35 minutes total (15-min cognitive + 20-min behavioral). Candidates can do it on their phone.
When do I get results?
Within 24 hours. You'll get an email with all candidate reports + AI narratives + our hiring recommendations.
What if a candidate doesn't complete it?
We'll send reminders. Assessments expire after 7 days. We recommend sending the link early in your process.
Can I use this internally (team building, succession planning)?
